Step 1: After receiving your order, our artist prepares your logo to your specifications.
|
Step 2: We will fax you an artwork approval sheet for you to approve and sign off. Upon your approval, we send out the logo to be digitized.
|
Step 3: Once digitization is complete the digitizer will sew out a sample, fix any imperfections and then the design is sent to us.
|
|
Step 4: We will do another sew out to verify the design is in perfect order. At this stage we establish with the customer which color thread will best represent the logo.

Step 5: Once your garments are received they are counted and production begins. Each garment is hooped and placed in position on the embroidery machine.
|
Step 6: The time it takes for each run depends on the total amount of stitches.
|

Step 7: When the design is complete the garment is taken off the hoop. Our embroidery operator will carefully examine each garment & ensure that the quality is second to one.
|
Step 8: The garments are then folded, counted, placed in a box and then they are ready for pick up.
